ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

At Kam and Kalm, we take great care in crafting and curating each order with thoughtfulness.

  • Non-personalized orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 5-7 working days.
  • Personalized orders require extra attention and are usually shipped within 7-10 working days from our warehouse.

Please note that during peak seasons—such as pre-wedding season, Diwali, new product launches, or sale periods—order volumes may be higher, leading to slight processing or shipping delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our high standards.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Delhi NCR Orders: Standard delivery for our journals takes 5-7 working days post-dispatch.
  • Pan-India Orders: Standard delivery for journals across India takes 7-10 working days, depending on logistics partner serviceability.
  • Bloom Box (Exclusive to Delhi NCR): Requires a minimum 24-hour advance order placement. Once confirmed, it is dispatched the following day, with standard delivery timelines applicable.

We also offer express shipping options at an additional cost. Please contact our team for assistance with urgent orders.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you require a rush/urgent order, kindly contact our team before placing your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Domestic Orders:
    • Prepaid orders below ₹5000: A flat shipping fee of ₹250 applies.
    • Prepaid orders above ₹5000: Enjoy free shipping across India.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A ₹250 shipping fee applies.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges depend on the total weight and quantity of items. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

All product prices displayed on the website include applicable Indian taxes.
